💸 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – NURSIKA

At Nursika, we aim to provide quality products and reliable services. Due to the nature of agricultural and perishable items, our refund and cancellation policy is as follows:


1. ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/processing
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible
  • For cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product at the time of delivery (with proof)
  • Order not fulfilled due to our side

3. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are non-refundable:

  • Fresh products (mushrooms, bananas)
  • Perishable goods
  • Opened or used items
  • Farming inputs once delivered
  • Training fees (once attended or scheduled)

4. PLANTS & AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

  • Tissue culture plants and farming materials are live/natural products
  • Growth and performance depend on farming practices, weather, and care
  • We do not guarantee yield or survival beyond delivery condition

👉 Therefore, refunds are not applicable based on farming results


5. DAMAGE OR ISSUE REPORTING

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos as proof
  • Our team will review and provide a solution (replacement or refund if applicable)

6. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or agreed alternative

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier/logistics partners
  • However, we will assist in resolving delivery-related issues
