🌱 For Plants & Gardening Products:

• Returns accepted within 3 days of delivery if damaged or wrong product received

• Share clear photos within 24 hours of delivery at hello@nursika.com

🍅 For Fresh Produce:

• We do not accept returns for perishable items like fruits and vegetables

• If the product is spoiled on arrival, email us with same-day proof for refund or replacement

💰 Refunds:

• Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method
